​Through thrilling discussions I will share practical and easily doable recommendations about:

  • What to eat (and not to) to achieve a nutrient-dense diet;

  • How to find good ingredients and how to properly prepare it (ancestral methods);

  • How to save money and time in the kitchen;
  • How to read labels;

  • Some practical, easy and nourishing recipes.

If you suffer from any chronic condition, I can investigate if something in your diet is causing you problems, and what could be missing from your diet that may help.

Within every potential dietary variation, I can further customize your food plan based on your cultural preferences, health needs, and what’s available to you locally.

  • Discount of 20% for each session (already included in the price);

*All sessions are held online via Google Meet if you book via the website. Arrangements in other media can be requested via email. 

*The first session is booked online; the other sessions we will arrange together at our first meeting.

Consulting can be done in English or Portuguese.

How does it work
?

Step 1: Intake Form

Before we get into the conversation by video, I will send you an Intake Form, so I can get to know about you before we start the consultation. This information will help me to understand what kind of guidance is required.

Step 3: Nutrition Plan

Here is our second day of consulting where I will share with you the recommendations and discuss how you will implement the plan. Here is a good time for questions and concerns.

Step 2: Health History + Goals

Our first online meeting is where we will talk about your health history, heritage and/or culture, health needs and challenges. Once we learn more about you, we can begin defining your goals to create a unique nutrition plan.

Step 4: Follow up

When we plant a seed, it is important to continue watering it. Monitoring is a very important step. Here we'll look together at what's working for you and what's not, see if your goals have been achieved, and find solutions to the challenges you're facing with your new habits. You can choose to continue following up periodically.
