How does it work
?
Step 1: Intake Form
Before we get into the conversation by video, I will send you an Intake Form, so I can get to know about the school before we start the consultation. This information will help me to understand what kind of guidance is required.
Step 3: Research of Suppliers
I will do a valuable research to find locally, organic and sustainable suppliers in your region to understand which ingredients I can use to create the recipes for your school. This will also save you time and make your shopping more convinient.
Step 5: Second Meeting
At our second meeting I will provide: the menu, recipes and list of suppliers. We will analyse the material together and discuss how to implement the new habits to your team and the students. It is a good time for questions and clarification.
Step 2: Online Meeting
In our first online meeting we will discuss the history of the school to understand values and set goals. I will need to understand important details like: how is the currently menu provided for the students and ingredients that have been used in the kitchen, for example.
Step 4: Designing the Menu
I will design an exclusive menu for your school following the principles of Weston A. Price. A material with recipes included in the menu will be provided.
Step 6: Follow up
Here we will explore together on what it is working or not for your kids and for your team.
We will check if your goals have been achieved and find solutions for the challenges your team and the kids are facing with the new habits. You can choose to continue to do follow ups periodically.
