RNC helps individuals achieve their optimal health by teaching them how to implement a nutrient-dense diet into their lifestyle.

RNC is not designed to treat any specific disease or medical condition. Mariélli will evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions. She will motivate you to make your own health care and dietary decisions based upon your own research and in partnership with your health care provider.

The consultancy is for everyone who wants to achieve optimal health.

If you suffer from digestive issues, arthritis, joint problems, any chronic conditions or are looking to improve energy levels, concentration, memory or overcome sleep disorders, Mariélli is the right person to help you.

There are also special programs for pregnancy and consultancy for schools.

What is the 1:1 - Single Session?

1:1 - Single Session is an 1 hour session of Regenerative Nutrition Consulting. At this session we will go through your "Healthy History" and "Setting Goals".

You have the option of continuing to undergo periodic follow-ups or booking the “Regenerative Nutrition Program”.

What is the Regenerative Nutrition Program?

The Regenerative Nutrition Program consists of 3 Nutrition Consulting sessions of 1 hour each. 
Included in the price, you get 20% discount on each session + nutritional material and tools.

I booked one 1:1 - Single Session and I would like to continue having your support. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

You have two options:
- You can start the "Regenerative Nutrition Program" where you get 20% discount on each session;
OR
- You can continue scheduling follow-ups periodically.

Question 7

I have already done a "1:1 - Single Session" with you and I want to start the "Regenerative Nutrition Program". Do I need to do the "Healthy History" again?

No. If you have already done a "1:1 - Single Session" and want to start the "Regenerative Nutrition Program", you will have:

- 1 hour session of "Your Unique Nutrition Plan" + 2 follow ups;
- Discount of 20% of each session (included in the price);
- Nutritional materials and tools.

I just have some questions about traditional diets. Which program should I choose?

The most recommended option would be to book a "1:1 - Single Session".

How do I schedule a follow up?

I am pregnant, but I just want to book one session. Can I do that?

Yes, you can book a 1:1 - Single Session.

If you would like to have more specific support for pregnancy, you can book the "Pregnancy" plan.

I am an athlete. Do you provide nutrition consultation for sports? Which program should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can choose the "Regenerative Nutrition Program". After booking, you will receive an Intake Form where you will have the option to request for nutrition assistance for your performance.

Question 12

My child is over 12 months old. Does Mariélli work with children over 12 months?

Accepted Answer

Yes. She will be happy to help you on how to implement a nutrient-dense diet for your child.

Question 13

I am from Brazil and I only speak Portuguese. Can I book one of your programs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can book RNC programs from all over the world. 
The consultations provided by Mariélli can be made in Portuguese and/or English.
